I had always dreamed of bright, smooth, youthful-looking skin and spent a fortune on high-end creams and expensive lotions that promised to help me get the most gorgeous complexion. After 20 years in the corporate world, my skin was stressed, tired and dull – it needed a new lease of life.
A career in business took me to various destinations across the world. I’ve been lucky enough to experience a wide range of cultures and traditions which have opened my eyes up to different ways of living. A rebel at heart, I have always been keen to do things differently.
One thing my travels taught me, is that most mainstream skincare companies use a huge variety of chemicals and toxins to create temporary solutions. While the short-term benefits might be good, these toxins are building up in the body, waiting to wreak havoc with your skin, as well as your general health.
Once I started to shun the chemical-laden products, it became clear that there was not much else on the skincare market that would give me the results I craved. My mission was clear – with the knowledge I had gained on my worldwide adventures and a lot of intensive research, I began to create my own skincare line.
